Designed for Toksöz Holding in the Kırklareli Industrial Zone, this facility is engineered for the production of hazelnut cream, wafers, chocolate, and ice cream with a focus on high operational efficiency. The project architecture consists of two distinct production blocks—dedicated to food and ice cream—that share common support units such as warehousing and administrative sections. While the architectural form is shaped by the specific technical requirements of the production lines, the central positioning of the service blocks ensures maximum logistical economy and streamlined personnel flow.
The facility features an expandable layout compatible with future technological advancements and capacity growth, with hygiene standards prioritized throughout every detail of the interior configuration and circulation routes. A standout technical highlight is the high-tech, fully automated -30°C cold storage in the ice cream section, where the racking system itself serves as the primary load-bearing structure. Following the master plan phase, all implementation projects for the ice cream division were meticulously executed by KG Mimarlık.
