Teknopark Istanbul (Teknopark II)

Designed for the 2nd stage (allocations 1, 2, 3, and 4) of the Istanbul Technology Development Zone in Pendik, Kurtköy, this project was awarded the 2nd prize in the “Architectural Design and Landscape Idea Project Competition”. Developed as a collaborative effort between Tekeli-Sisa Architectural Partnership and MuuM Architecture, the design is structured to fulfill the comprehensive needs of a modern technology campus.

The project program includes a multi-story administrative building, a multi-tenant R&D Center, an Incubation Center, and social facilities designed to foster interaction among users. With a total enclosed area of 40,000 m², the complex aims to provide a dynamic workspace environment that supports technological production and innovation processes.
