Kapital Business Center

The project was designed in Maslak as a leasable business center on behalf of the investor, Kapital Factoring. The primary architectural objective was to create a contrast with the imposing and monotonous facades of the high-rise buildings on Büyükdere Avenue through a dynamic, soft, and fragmented massing.

The floor plans are organized to accommodate both open-plan and cellular offices within sections of varying geometries. The reflection of this internal geometric arrangement onto the facade results in a distinctive form that differentiates the building from the surrounding prismatic structures. Additionally, passive climate control is achieved through the integration of sun-shading elements on the exterior facade.
