Located at a prestigious intersection of Gulan and Baharka Streets in Erbil, Iraq, Erbil Park is a luxury mixed-use development that brings together indoor and outdoor shopping areas, an entertainment/aqua park, and office structures. The project is integrated with a vast entertainment park, envisioned as a primary attraction point for the region.

The shopping mall is designed with a focus on dining, leisure, and entertainment, featuring a massive outdoor shopping courtyard that will host international restaurants. The other key component, Erbil Office Blocks, is designed to A+ office standards. The blocks are planned to offer 800–1,000 m² of space per floor, supported by extensive parking facilities. By maintaining a meticulous balance between mass and void in its architectural design, the project creates a contemporary environment for both professional work and social life.
