The proposed accommodation and day-use layout for Tanay Nature Park in Çeşme is centered around a “light-touch” design philosophy, prioritizing the preservation of natural topography and existing vegetation. Rather than sprawling across the ground, the structures are positioned on elevated deck platforms. By utilizing steel supports that make only point-contact with the earth, the terrain’s form, tree texture, and natural water flows remain undisturbed. This approach transforms the intervention into a reversible, trace-free construction model that exists in harmony with nature.

The master plan balances visitor flow and guest privacy by strategically separating the social core from the accommodation units. While parking, service, and staff areas are relegated to the background to ensure an uninterrupted user experience, a “public spine” serves as the main circulation artery. This spine connects the reception, diverse F&B outlets, the club, pools, amphitheater, and playgrounds, allowing day-trip visitors and overnight guests to coexist without their rhythms clashing.

The accommodation units are linked by walking trails that weave through nature without the use of hardscapes. Large openings and terraces extend the landscape continuity into the interiors. Completing the layout is the spa line, featuring a Turkish bath, thermal pools, and fitness and yoga areas—a rejuvenation program accessed via thematic routes that integrates the experience directly with the natural environment.
