Located in the Kırklareli Lüleburgaz Büyükkarıştıran New Organized Industrial Zone, the facility is designed across two separate plots with a total indoor area of 154,115 m². The master plan allocates 149,475 m² to one plot and 4,640 m² to the other, with an underground tunnel ensuring operational continuity between the two sites.

The project encompasses pharmaceutical production blocks, storage areas, technical spaces, a personnel block, an R&D block, and an administrative block. To meet rigorous technical requirements, the spatial configuration of the production processes was developed in collaboration with an international consultancy firm, resulting in a high-standard facility.

In the administrative block, the first two axes are dedicated to white-collar workspaces, while the remaining axes accommodate areas for personnel use. The three-story personnel block features meeting rooms and a 248-person multi-purpose hall on its top floor. The ground floor houses a cafeteria, the mezzanine serves as a dining hall, and the basement contains technical volumes, a shelter, and indoor parking.

Architecturally, the facade language of the R&D block was designed to mirror the administrative block, strengthening the visual unity visible from the main road. Both blocks share consistent design principles, establishing a coherent architectural identity. In the second plot, reserved areas have been designated for potential future connections and phased expansions.

Vehicle circulation was a primary design driver; administrative and personnel traffic is strictly separated from heavy truck routes, ensuring that logistics do not pass in front of the administrative and R&D blocks. Furthermore, the pedestrian paths, perimeter walls, and lighting elements in front of these blocks utilize distinct materials and detailing to enhance the project’s representative character.
