BIEM Pharmaceutical Plant

The facility, located in the Tekirdağ Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, is established across a closed area of 30,000 m². The three-story compact structure consists of administration and laboratory sections, production areas, a warehouse, and technical blocks. The office block rises five stories and is distinguished from the lower factory section through both material choice and design. The office facade is designed with a modern language that harmonizes with the factory’s vertical metal panels, reflecting an authoritative stance characteristic of a capital city to represent the employer, whose headquarters are located in Ankara. The white color used on the facade reinforces the perception of hygiene, which is a fundamental requirement in pharmaceutical production.
